If you are a Regional Center client, you will receive expedited intake service. We will complete the intake process within 48 hours.

For the Parent Conversion or Parent Select program, we will promptly process your caregiver and provide complimentary CPR/First Aid training.

We understand that obtaining credentials can be financially challenging, which is why we offer financial assistance for the Parent Conversion program to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition.

We understand the importance of feeling secure and at ease with your caregiver, as they will be providing care within your home.

Assessing potential caregivers thoroughly is essential to ensure safety and prevent neglect, exploitation, and abuse.

We conduct screenings, interviews, and background checks on all caregivers to uphold the highest standards of trust and integrity in their care for your loved one.

We come to you! The main goal of the monthly supervisory visit is to ensure the health and safety of the individual receiving care. During these visits, the supervisor ensures that services are being delivered according to the Personal Care Service Plan and checks if the individual is satisfied with their caregiver.

Phone calls, meetings at the agency’s office, or any location other than the individual’s home are not considered supervisory visits and cannot replace this important check-in.

To fulfill this requirement, the following details must be recorded on the supervisory visit form:

• Date of the visit
• Time of arrival and departure
• Name and title of the person conducting the visit
• Those present during the visit
• Review of the individual’s care plan
• Identification of any health or safety concerns such as falls, hospitalizations, changes in condition, or quality of care, and whether the individual is happy with their caregiver
• Signature of the individual or their legal representative
