TB/Physical
When entrusting your loved one to an agency, you’re placing their well-being and safety in others’ hands. It’s crucial to understand the organization and verify that they have proper safety measures in place. Our caregivers undergo an annual physical and tuberculosis (TB) test. As part of our pre-screening procedure, a file is maintained for each caregiver, documenting their TB-free status and physical capability to perform their duties.
Home Health Aide Certifications
Home health aides assist individuals who are disabled, suffering from chronic illnesses, or experiencing cognitive impairments. They also support elderly individuals who require additional help. Their duties include aiding with personal tasks like bathing and dressing, as well as performing light housekeeping. These aides can be found in various environments, with many working directly in clients’ homes while others are employed in small group homes or larger care facilities.

Home Health Aides assist with the following tasks:

  • Aid clients with daily personal activities, including bathing and dressing.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and vacuuming in the client’s home.
  • Manage the client’s schedule and coordinate appointments.
