How long does it take to staff the consumer?
The staffing process typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. However, it may extend longer depending on the availability of both the family and caregivers to complete the necessary documentation.
What is your Intake process?
We will reach out to the consumer and their family to schedule a meeting or answer questions by phone. During this time, we will also set up an appointment to complete the Intake and Starter packet, which collects essential information about the consumer.
Can the Intake and Starter packet be mailed?
Yes, we can mail the packet along with a pre-addressed envelope for easy return. The packet is only 1tenpages long, and we provide copies for their records.
Is your staff multilingual?
Yes, our staff is equipped to provide translation services in multiple languages.
Do you offer services beyond Respite Care?
